Garmin Employment, Data Privacy, and Arbitration Agreement – US Applicants

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation (including offer, acceptance and consideration) of this Agreement including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of this Agreement is void or voidable, and doubts regarding the arbitrability of a claim must be resolved in favor of arbitration. In any arbitration, the Employer shall pay the fees and expenses of the arbitrator and each party shall pay its own cost and expenses. In any proceeding in aid of Arbitration, the non-prevailing Party therein shall pay the prevailing Party reasonable attorney’s fees, actual court costs and other expenses incurred.

I understand that submitting to and passing a drug test is necessary for my hiring and that passing a drug test may be necessary for my continued employment. I further understand that if employed, I will be employed at will and either I or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause or with or without notice. This at-will employment relationship can only be modified in a writing signed by the President of Garmin.

Garmin participates in E-Verify
